Infographic: The EU’s Proposed Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation

The proposal is still being discussed and voted on, and changes to the requirements are expected. A final version is set to be published around spring 2024. This regulation is anticipated to have a large impact on the way packaging is produced, used, and disposed of, and it is our view that companies that produce packaging or use packaging in their products should start planning for it.
