Stichting AK (STAK) Rabobank Certificaten is the administration office for Rabobank Certificates.
About Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten
Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten is an independent foundation. The objects of the administration office include:
- acquiring in trust and managing participations in the capital of Rabobank by way of administration and issuing certificates that correspond to the participations thus acquired, being the Rabobank Certificates; and
- exercising all rights associated to the participations, including receiving distributions on the participations should Rabobank decide to make a distribution, subject to the obligation to pay such distributions received to the holders of the Rabobank Certificates without delay.
Board
The board of Stichting AK Rabobank Certificaten currently consists of five board members. The majority thereof is not connected to Rabobank. These are classified as board members A. Board members classified as B may be employed by Rabobank. Any board member A can be elected by the board to act as chairman. The board is currently composed as follows:
