Working as an innovation coach in Innovation Factory means I support Rabobank’s own innovation initiatives and help them create new value propositions for our clients. This is by challenging them via the Lean Startup methodology. Coaching them to validate their most risky assumptions, and create and execute an experiment plan in order to build a proposition that brings value to clients and has a sustainable business model.
