As an innovation coach at Rabobank, I help teams gain clarity and sharpen their decision-making while contributing to people’s growth and seeing great propositions take shape. There is a wide diversity of topics I can work on (Food& Agri, CO2 reduction, the Metaverse and so much more), which is super fun for a curious person like me who enjoys exploring new things regularly 😊 Working next to other experienced innovators of all backgrounds, I develop new skills such as product management, influencing people and creative facilitation every day. I also enjoy the flexibility I get to try new things, start new initiatives and shape my role in a way that fits me and the organization. Working with such a tight-knit team that loves spending time together creating new things, and playing and teasing each other tirelessly is a joy.
