Roundtable for young professionals in Construction & Real Estate
Most recently, Jochem has launched Rabobank's first Construction & Real Estate roundtable for young professionals. A knowledge-centric initiative crafted to shape a sustainable future for the built environment. Reflecting on the roundtable, Jochem shares, "Engaging with 15 young professionals was very inspiring; I found their fresh perspectives on the influence of the energy transition in the built environment incredibly stimulating. We dived into a many captivating topics, such as future-proof project development and the revitalization of obsolete buildings."
The roundtable also brought together collective efforts towards reimagining existing ways of working and championing future-proof, Paris-compliant projects.
