Founded in 2000 in The Netherlands, Suitsupply is a market-defining men’s fashion brand offering high quality suits and smart casual wear. They have an established presence across 23 countries within EMEA, APAC and the US, with 150 shops, 26 franchisees and an established omni-channel presence.

Their competitive advantage is their strong control over their supply chain, from their in-house design, tailors and fabric procurement, to their outsourced production and own retail network. It is this powerhouse approach, along with their young eccentric reputation, that has successfully differentiated them from industry peers. Their innovative nature is also a force to be reckoned with, designing ingenious collections such as the ‘lightest suit in the world’ and the ‘no-wrinkle’ suit.

As the Sustainability Coordinator and Joint Coordinator alongside ABN AMRO, Rabobank collaborated with a group of respected International banks, including ING, Goldman Sachs and Citi, to provide this financing. Additionally, we facilitated a strategically important equity bridge loan at the Holdco level for them.
