For transfers to Canada, Canadian banks check whether the beneficiary's full name, address, place of business and country name (or country code) are present and the national bank code of beneficiary’s bank. It is necessary that you enter this information when transferring to Canada. If the information is missing, the transfer will be rejected by Rabobank or by the foreign bank which may lead to delay and extra charges. Providing P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

Providing details of beneficiary via MT-message
When you make transfers via MT101 or MT103, the following option fields are required.
For providing beneficiary details at least the following must be present:Field 59(F): at least 2 address lines with details to avoid delay or rejection. If letter F is used, the ISO country code must be entered immediately after the first slash '/' in the 3rd line (country and city).
For providing national bank code beneficiary’s bank at least the following must be present:
Field 57: the national bank code must be supplied as the party identifier and must be filled with //CC followed by the bank code (the bank code has a fixed length of 9 numeric).
Country requirements in general
More and more countries starting to require full disclosure of the beneficiary's name, address, place of business, country name (or country code). We therefore advise you to provide this at all times when transferring to prevent your transfer from being delayed, leading to rejection and extra charges.
